VISIONING, NARRATIVE AND STRATEGY

We designed the vision and strategy to guide the development of Bentonville, intending to create a community with a clear sense of place. Starting with geographic, cultural, and lifestyle studies and analysis, we used them to inform our design concepts, guidelines, tenant mix, and many other project areas. The result was authentic community building with an adaptable stance.
