Since founding her Manhattan and Los Angeles based firm in 2010, Chiara deRege Interiors is recognized for creating an impressive range of interiors for residential, commercial and hospitality clients. CdR’s vast skillset expands from furniture design, interior styling, art direction to branding. Her approach is always to surmount spatial challenges with considered, informed and thoughtful design.

Inspired by traditional architecture as well as modern and mid-century design, deRege designs elevated, inhabitable spaces for both residential and commercial clients. Chiara’s expertise focuses on designing space and furniture – using material and textile design, along with color and light in order to establish an overall vision.

Born and raised in New York and Europe, Chiara believes that appreciation and understanding of history informs sensibility for the future. The CdR team endeavors to encapsulate the individual’s story through its bespoke design. All of her projects share a timeless sensibility brought to life with a mix of modern and traditional furnishings – many custom designed for each project.

Chiara de Rege has client across the U.S., including California, Connecticut, New York, and Washington, D.C. Her work has been featured in such publications as AD, Elle Décor, InStyle, Town & Country, Vogue, Wallpaper. Chiara is also the co-founder of Maison C, a global wallpaper house that creates hand crafted unique and imaginative illustrations, using eco- friendly and traditional craftsmanship.
