Fairfax Dorn Projects (FDP), an interior design collective established in 2017, is dedicated to exploring the relationship between art and furniture while respecting client vision and aesthetic. FDP focuses on residential and commercial projects with an aim to create unique environments for life and work.

Jennifer Nichols, Senior Designer, has more than 20 years experience in interiors and a penchant for furniture design and curation. Jennifer is based in Los Angeles.

Jonathan Mergele, Senior Designer, is an artist with an extensive background in interiors and a passion for vintage furniture. Jonathan is based in New York.

Alexa Miramontes, Junior Designer, has 5 years experience working in interior design with a focus on textiles and space planning. Alexa is based in Los Angeles.

Becky Amsel, Senior Project Manager, has more than 15 years experience in project management, public relations, and marketing. Becky is based in New York.

Fairfax Dorn, Principal, created FDP to combine her passion for interiors with her extensive career with non-profit arts organizations. Fairfax co-founded Ballroom Marfa in 2003 and serves on the boards of Whitney Museum of American Art, African Environmental Film Foundation, and Judd Foundation. Fairfax is based in New York.
